Thanks to everyone who posts on this site, it's my first point of call to check if numbers I don't recognise are spam or not! Yet another one!!
This number appeared on my "missed call" list and I tried it but no service. Shortly after a man with a foreign accent called asking for me by my full name.I asked why he wanted to speak with me and eventually he gave me a convoluted spiel which was obviously a scam. I told him to stop fishing for information and put the phone down.
i was rang by this number the people who rang said i was owed PPI i said i was sorry but i wasnt not interested and hung up the phone and a few seconds later this person rang back demanding i listen to what they had to say as i said very rude. ITS unacceptable behaviour

This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked
