I responded the NHS does not need that information, he insisted I provide the information so that the NHS would ensure they covered death from Covid. When I declined he hung up. Well -known Amazon scam. We have been peppered with these calls. Amazon must have the resources to squash them.
'Daniel' (unlikely!) promised he wasn't trying to sell anything but clearly wanted something but when I said I was already call blocked and would report his number he put the phone down - interestingly blocked this number with TPS last week!
