I got this number from the booking office in Waverley Station in Edinburgh in order to cancel A Virgin train ticket. Called the number and got an Indian lady who just kept saying "hello". To me this sounds like a money-making scam and I am so frustrated!

I asked if it was a cold call, and he said "No, I need to speak to you about the registration of the electricity account".
