I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. This was an interesting one as this and another call came in to my mobile phone today, neither of the calls RANG so I had no idea they'd even come in TO be able to answer them. This is almost as strange as when immediately after obtaining this phone it received a Text asking me to confirm my identity as that of "DON?" - That SMS was illegally erased by someone who literally reached into my mobile phone and deleted it.
