Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2033180xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with financial services, fake lottery wins, accident chasers - just some general call centre
Fraud - Smarmy British guy claimed to be a 'local energy adviser', and said "How are you today? I said "I'm sick of unsolicited calls. Please take my number off your list and don't call again", then hung up. Another person reports on a different website that same number rang them this morning too, but claiming to be a 'local' loft insulation company, yet it's a Bournemouth code and they don't live there! BEWARE! Obviously a scam of some kind. Happened 11.25am on 9th November 2021.

Truecaller dot com shows 447 members have reported as spam. So far 440 calls have been sent to voicemail and not a single message has been left. Suspect these calls originate from a request for life insurance quotation. Google search and another directory site would seem to support that assumption.

They try to sell "insurance" to cover kitchen appliances. One of my clients was sold a policy that covered a £50 microwave. Policy cost £90. Great deal.
