Told him I wasn't BT, said didn't matter if I was using others, they provided the line (absolute crap). This is a malicious phishing attempt. DO NOT give out personal details, DO NOT follow their instructions. HANG UP.

Called today asking for me. But because my surname was completely mispronounced despite sharing it with a legendary actor, I insisted on being called by my surname. Not just famous, by the way, but legendary. Then they asked me to verify how my first name was pronounced. My first name is common and easy to pronounce. I said if he didn't know how to pronounce my name, he obviously wasn't from this country. He hung up. Usual call centre noises and they're now blocked.
