I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. Obviously a call centre as we have answer machine no message left. As we did not recognize the number we left it to ring if urgent for them to speak to us they would surely have left a message. On looking at the location it could also be a scam/spam call even for fraud.

Funny how over the last week, I have been getting calls from Manchester on my mobile. They alway hangup before it goes to my answer service. This has to be a sales call or fake service that has picked up on my number, otherwise they would leave a message for me to get back to them.
