I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. SCAM man with Indian accent saying he was from O2 offering 40% discount to their customers and would send a text with offer. Kept saying I hadn't received text so he stayed on the line and kept sending texts. Eventually told him that I wasn't with O2 so he hung up.

Fraud: treathning about losing Insurance Number thru prosecution if not answering and speaking to an operator. Once you are thru a very rough female voice with American accent is repeatedly (since I don't say a word) asking to identify yourself. Calling back the number doesn't work. Location origin of the call is supposed to be central London but I very much doubt it.
