A very dubious sounding Rachel left a voicemail on our business number claiming to be from BT requesting an email address for our IT/Office Manager regarding our BT Internet update. We do not have BT Internet!! Yet another dodgy scam to avoid.

I got a call from a lady what sounded like an Australian accent, asking about a PPI claim with my bank. She was unable to identify any further information about me, other than the fact I am owed a refund back from my bank. Which she could not identify which bank owes me this money. I been contacted many times in the past few years by these scammers on very similar 0161 939 numbers. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from.
