As far as I am concerned all phone callers are potential con artist so I very rarely answer my phone these days. This company rings repeatedly, with recorded message. When you get through to an advisor, they word their pitch carefully to give the impression that they work for a government department. They refuse to give their address and the phone they give does not ring. Obviously bunch of con men.
