why are people calling without leaving a message I get fed up with people ringing me when they have not been given my number.

The company is called AIMS Legal and is also known as AIMS Reclaim and AIMS Financial. This is their address: 7, Trident Park, Trident Way, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 3NU. Tel: 07677 448277 or 01254 454012 or 01254 297161. They are one of those spammer companies who will offer to reclaim your PPI for a large fee (when you can do it yourself for free). Had numerous calls from this number, tried to call back but was told I had dialled an incorrect number??!!! I thought cold calling was illegal in the u.k?? There should be some way of finding out once and for all who this number belongs too, so that complaints can be made to the right people so that we can stop this kind of harassment !!! How would they feel if I phoned them day /night on their personal number??!! For gods sake , stop this hassle!!!

Asian sounding voice , said his name was Mike , he was calling from Microsoft , and knew I had a Windows operating system , and my computer was infected and he would clean it up , My response was ; do you think I am stupid ?? and told him I didn t believe him , .....HE told me to go to hell you mother F!£$%& and hung up . So I guess he wasn t from Microsoft !!

Called saying I d had a car accident. Recorded message when answered. Then was put through to a call centre agent who seemed very upset when I said I d report them as I m registered with the telephone preference service.

Indian woman - Fiona... Knew details. Ignored me on my answers. Then asked for a minute of my time to answer questions. Asked about phone provided. I hung up after 60 seconds. They rang back twice to talk to answer machine.

They call asking to speak to the Director / Head of Finance about financial matters He says he is from Birmingham, a quick companies house search will show a CFS Consultancy was dissolved in 2010. Do not give them any information. Report the call to the telephone preference service. FRAUDSTERS
