It's CCS media - Bradford based tech supplier. Legit company if you already work with them. I've never known them to cold call for sales either, so should be safe.
SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.
I do not know anyone or work with any business in Liverpool and the caller left no message so I am assuming tele-marketing or a scam. Either way it’s unwelcome and number now blocked.

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. Called today at 11:38 Electronic message to say that I’ve not renewed my Amazon Prime subscription and they’ve deducted £96 from my account. If this is incorrect press 1 Dadidadida…… Hung up. I am not a Prime member and they don’t have my card. It’s a scam to get your money. Don’t do it. Wish these numbers could be blocked like on mobiles.

SCAM call from and Indian call centre, very poor line and bad English offering training.
Caller didn't speak but is staying on the line for a long time. Not sure how this amounts to a scam - just a waste of lots of people's time I think.
Called my Husbands company phone and wanted details of his date of birth etc due to an accident he had had in his work van, he didn’t divulge anything and as the guy was asking for more details my husband said you should already know this information if you have the file as you say you have. He ended it by telling him to call his company but didn’t say who they were. We are 100% sure it’s a scam caller
