This person purported to be from my banks fraud department. He was not.
A chap from a loft insulation company. Seemed genuine but I had my doubts, he didn't tell me what company he was from. He didn't pressure me into buying anything. Just said my loft insulation was inefficient, I just put the phone down and blocked the number.
This call was a scam. Do not respond to it.

Hung up and then Googled the number and saw this site, as well as the site below on the search results from a news article stating to get a refund on a cancelled cruise to contact ABTA on this number.
