Message left on home phone allegedly from the Bank of Scotland Fraud section asking for me to call them with a code number due to apparent activity on my account. Phoned the number supplied and they said they did not recognize my phone number and as such wanted my card number and sort code - which I refused to supply. Subsequently contacted my bank who confirmed that this IS DEFINITELY A SCAM and is not the way in which they operate.
Same as above, answered the call and a woman's voice said goodbye and hung up on me!!! Tried to call the number back (business phone) its always busy. Blocking this number!

02081610636 - calling from Norstat Panel regarding a survey that I had taken online previously, seems genuine as I did complete a survey on a verified website and give me consent to be contacted, although missed the call and received a voicemail
I have had several hundred of these calls. Each time from a differnt number. I block these numbers but they just call from another!!! So annoying!!

She knew my name and asked if I was aware of the large amount of harmful data that I had been downloading, or something to that effect. Answered the second of these calls, but silence for a long pause and then an odd noise and the line went dead. I do not think this is a genuine company.

A gentleman from London called and said that their company offered financial services in something like trading and then he went on about Bitcoin. Next moment he said that we lost an opportunity and that's it. I tried to get more info (like a name of the company or so) but he wouldn't budge. Unfortunately I do think it is a scam.

I m so glad i Googled the number while talking to this lovely lady, yes all fair and well it might a great deal and for a worthy cause but I m already giving to my own choice of charity so was not prepared to risk 79.99 being taken from my account should i miss the cut off point or they take it earlier than stated.
