Calls my house at least 2-3 times a day so I let my answer machine take the call but no one leaves a message but it is very annoying & I don t know anyone that lives in Andover so it has to be a sales caller.

It seems that hospitals are in a Catch 22 situation here. While wishing to remind patients of appointments, and thus cut down on missed appointments, they also wish to protect people's data so cannot simply leave a message on an answerphone which may be accessed by people other than the person to whom they are addressing. Supposedly from BT, Indian guy offering to remotely install antivirus on my sister's laptop. Got very irrate when I called him a scammer. Same guy called back after a few minutes hoping to get my sister who already had spent 30 minutes talking to him. When I wouldn't put my sister on the phone he threatened to disconnect the internet, so I told him go ahead and he then ended the call.
