when i called back they asked if i could be put through to someone about why they were calling but i didn't have time as she said it would take a few minutes so i dont know exactly why they called - she immediately did reassure me nothing to worry about - so perhaps a survey or something??!!

Fraud: Repeat scam call where asked to renew Amazon Prime account by pressing 1 to pay 79.99 (no currency stated in recording, indicating recording used in multiple countries). I, of course, have no amazon prime account, and it is a scam.
Claimed I'd repaid too much on a loan I took out in 2008. Told him I had never had a loan in my life and thought he was a scam. Claimed he couldn't be a scam as he wasn't going to ask for my bank details. Said I didn't care I'd never had a loan and wouldn't be talking to him.
Silence at the other End. I kept on saying Hello with no response.
