Then a packistan woman (obviously in a call centre) asked my made-up name and address tells me I'm under investigation for tax fraud and asks who files my taxes. I tell her I'm unemployed. Text received from this number to say that a new payee request to a Mr C Jones through my HSBC mobile banking app. If this was not me to visit a website. Total scam as I do not have an HSBC account and do not use their banking app.
An Indian guy, saying he is from a housing association something ??? Was difficult to understand, he asked if we had any repairs done, I made out I have been waiting a year, he then asked if I was a council tenant, I asked him what day is he coming to fix my indoor swimming pool, he put the phone down, I tried ringing back, but just a recorded message ????????

It seems these companies are only doing there targets, As the customer says yes (with OVR function) they just deduct the amount from your account Debit/Credit Card. The biggest fool part is that they are not with there words and for this they have to pay now.
