They are not exactly a debt collection company. They are a credit card company who follow up on missed payments or over-limit balances etc. So they do have a valid reason to call. However, even when you have spoken to them and agreed a payment/arrangement they call ENDLESSLY day and night on mobile and landline numbers and if you don t answer they keep cycling numbers. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Do not call them back, whoever it is. Tell me why companies still use payed lines for telemarketing (some other reason than scam?) Did someone answer any number of this range?
