Received this call today 12 May, rang on my mobile, no message left, obviously a scam call.

Commenting on behalf of my mother in law. They called telling her that her washing machine warranty was expiring (a lie)and was duped. When I called to complain they were confrontational and when she called back to cancel they would not put her through the correct department. Unprofessional sharks - avoid.

Silent call. I answered and no one spoke. They ended the call after 20 seconds

Claimed to be from "British Telecom Services". Very likely.

Called - did not leave message...... when i called them back was told (by recording) that they were the claims team and would call back!!

Comes up as Glasgow. Liverpool accent. Could hear call centre sounds. Regarding vehicle damage. Hung up.

Indian caller, said she was calling from Windows helpdesk - surely it would be called Microsoft Helpdesk, anyway the scammers just hung up when I started laughing at them. They really annoy me because they prey on the weak and vulnerable in our society.

on 22 june the above number 0161 8735544 rang my son and said that an amount of ?1500.00 was waiting to be claimed fir whiplash for a accident he had in 2009 foulishly he gave them details including his mobile phone number and said they will ring him on monday 25th june to follow this up. The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.
