Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Fraud - Claimed they were TSB bank. Didnt really give them any info, he asked for last 4 digits of account number and phone numbers I had apparently had on the system.Ten minutes after the call finished, an attempt on my TSB debit card (no overdraft facility) thankfully they were all declined except one! Amounts attempted to be taken £3,600 + £380 + £34 all declined $0.30...dollars! Long and short of it, I have contacted TSB fraud. Called regarding a Road Traffic Accident that happened. They knew my name, my insurer, my vehicle make/model and the date of the accident. The caller said they were getting feedback on my insurer and was particularly interested in personal injury and whether it was settled. Most likely a discrete attempt at fishing for a potential personal injury claim.

This number is a landline from Swansea, part of a number range dedicated to some call centre - by most users reported as a nuisance call or a silent call. Probably some robocaller testing if the line is answering. When you pick it up prepare for real telemarketing offers :)...
