Hence this number does not belong to the scum trying to tel me they are from Amazon and have that I have just been charged for an Iphone 7 for £350 which has been deducted from my bank account. Total rubbish of course as they just want you to give them your bank account details.

SCAM I was called from a lady called Lisa. She sounded Indian. Anyway I am lucky because I have been allocated a free discount card. Free, up to 40% off shopping, Tesco etc. Also they will send me free flight tickets for me and my family, anywhere in Europe. Didn't want my bank account no. just my sort code and account number. So they could credit me £1. I put the phone down. I wonder if I will get my free discount card in the post as promised.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Fraud - this number is an establishment who is claiming to be The Halifax Bank and they aren’t. They ask if a transaction has been done that day in a store, it gives the amount and time. I have been caught out before by this, but not this time. And on occasion they come up with the identical number of what the Halifax Bank Fraud Teams actual number is. They are very clever and very dishonest people.
As soon as I dial this number a voice comes on to say that this number cannot be connected followed by another voice that says that calls are not being answered by this number - please try later. I used this number successfully last week but this week it has not been answered at all. I am calling believing it to be Natwest

I had a call from 0161 524 5263 but the caller rang off before I could get to my phone. Within seconds the phone rang again, this time showing 020 4538 7049. I thought it all must be some sort of scam so didn't answer and no messages were left.

Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.
