Wanted to know about my accident but had no information regarding this presumed accident. Redialing the number, it is unobtainable. Woman got very defensive and aggressive when a report to TPS (Telephone Preference Service). She did agree claims were liable to reduction for commission. Thetford number with northern accent. I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.
