This company keeps ringing for a debt that is statute barred and is now over 8 yrs old. I have told them I have no wish to speak to them and to stop ringing but they continue to ring on a daily bases. They are wasting their time as I will just put the phone down. The only thing which stopped them was that I didn t have enough in the account for the £175 the telemarketer was actually trying to put through!!! After I got cold feet and tried to back out he had already tried the one year cover for £75 without clearing it with me first!!! Still no

Asian sounding gentleman called. He already knew my name, claimed to be from McLean Claims Service. Said he had a cheque from my bank for refunded bank charges and asked me to confirm my address. I told him I was not interested, thanks, and blocked and ended the call. Appears to be a scammer phishing for personal details.

Answered phone then speaks in Chinese and plays a recorded mandarin language message
