Called since 3am every 10 min or so
they call me 4 times a day every day for 7 days now - then put the phone down when i answer - had half a call of an accident id had! which is news to me! GO AWAY
compensation claim
Claimed to be from Halifax, but could not prove identity, just insisted that it was an "important matter" but they "couldn't tell more until you pass security" - and started asking me personal and account details. I pointed out that I had zero evidence of HER identity, she suggested that I call her back on a number that she provided - but had to wait whilst she found her own number. Neither that number nor this appears to link to Halifax. Called Halifax who confirm
Picked up call, but did not speak and the caller almost immediately hung up.
