This number tried to call me today but didn’t answer. I don’t recognise the number. Possibly a scam. I had 4 numbers starting with 020 try and call me on Friday.

Legit. Checks out with what is listed on the HSBC UK website. Though the call quality was very bad. Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.

I rang the number back it’s about PPI saying I had money back in 2019 I told the lady I didn’t receive any money and to remove me from their database She started to raise her voice asking why would they do that when I had received money! I told her I had NOT received any money and to remove me from database. She started to speak I cut her short and said these calls should be removed remove me immediately and hung up. Came via an ‘agency’ 30 mins a day freelance - payment through wallet and an unbelievable sum of money Told them I wasn’t available until Tuesday next week and this Carlo guy (pic of a woman) kept texting me randomly in the interim asking me how I was - then sending pics of a computer screen the next day showing NY library - asking if I knew where he was - beware
