The man said he was from the Anti Telemarketing Service in Cardiff (London no) and working with Landlines operators to stop unwanted calls, Indian call centres, international marketing, for a lifetime fee of £182.. I looked up the service...nothing on web. I don't believe it exists and thought it a scam but I cannot find a scam listing.

Persistent calls regarding loft insultation. The caller (Chris) does not appear to listen to responses as he appears keen to get through his script. Has called numerous times and not complied with requests to stop calling and take my details off his register.
