An Asian gentleman called apparently on behalf of a company called Housing ???. (Couldn't understand the second part of the company name). Claimed that they helped tenants with repairs like mould etc. He knew my name, but didn't seem to know much else, seeing as I am not currently a tenant anywhere
AMAZON said they were from amazon, my account had been compromised and something had been ordered, didn't hear what he said so asked him to repeat, he told me I was a f---ing idiot I put phone down!!

Difficult to hold a sensible conversation, transpired person wanted to make a case for selling wall and roof insulation. this claimed my amazon account had paid out £300 and another payment of £1100 had been taken from my account This had been sent to me earlier in the year as I assumed this was a scam.

Call center Asked for my wife by name, renewal due on TV care package I challenged, said it was a scam because my wife left all TV to me and we have never had cover. I asked for proof and was assured they had proof, when I said my wife had died years ago they could not progress their payment request, as any debt had ceased. I should have progressed further before reporting my wife had died.
