It's virgin media, I have given my notice, and even now past the 14 day cooling off period they keep calling, I've even got my new router from my new provider. I spoke to them once and explained they couldn't beat the deal I got with another provider. Still every day they call. Last night they called my mobile, answered and nobody was there, literally a few seconds later they called my landline, answered and again dead air. Same story as many others. "You'll be delighted to know you've won a free holiday" - but you haven't (of course). If you stay on the line you'll get directed to someone else who will eventually (after sugar coating this) make you understand you have to attend a meeting (somewhere in London). I have never been, and suspected from this point onwards that this was a timeshare scam. I gave up. The "free" bit was getting up to £1000 off a holiday - but that gets massively discounted if
