Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions. Almost immediately I am called back and male caller asks for James, I am female. They are calling about the vehicle collision "James" was involved in. So you be the judge. Spam call trying it on to find people who have been involved in a car accident - I haven t been in any sort of accident. I asked them to remove my number and the woman demanded I answer her questions. I hung up.

Turns out this irritating number belongs to Laithwaites wines. I would have thought that their products were good enough to sell without cold calling from Manchester numbers. D...

Caller claimed to be from CAB. Asked if I was OK and hung up when I said yes I was.

Phoned once. Answered it but didn t say anything. Girl asked for me by name. I made enough noise that she knew someone was there and waited a minute then hung up. Half an hour later, a man called. Joe. I said "You re coming up as a nuisance call on my phone. Why is that?". He identified himself as Joe from a company called Clear Answer working on behalf of EE. I said "I won t speak to you until you provide me with your company number from Companies House". He went quiet then tried to give me "01482489010"

Like the rest of you we texted for wildlife info and despite saying we cant make a donation we have been bombarded with nuiscence calls ever since. Sometimes as many as 3 a day each time hanging up before answering

Part of a Nuisance callers list of callers pretending to be Sky Tech Dept . I seem to have upset them when I challenged them as a scammer .

Number has called 4 times in a week, they always hang up. Lots of noise in the background so clearly a call centre with nothing useful for me. I see this as harassment calling as they never bother to talk !

Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday.
