Rang 3 am - number Unknown - very annoying.

Number as displayed 0442155556312 African sounding accent - Not fluent in English. Asked if he was talking to mr ******* I asked him to tell me who he was without confirming my name. He persisted to try and get confirmation of my name each time I asked him to identify himself. After three attempts and clearly not getting anywhere with me he put the phone down

They got me some money back and I was very happy with the service they provided. Excellent team of people. All hard working and lovely to speak to. Got ?6,000 back and I was very happy!!
