Very helpful gentleman came to see me and checked over all of my paperwork to help me identify if I have a warranty. I did already have warranty and he informed me of this. Due to the honesty I have kept the number for future

I just accept the call and leave my phone on the side and carry on with what I m doing. They normally hang up after a minute or so listening to me washing up/having a dump or whatever.

Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. This time my hubby took the call and he asked for me (he knew my name) .When my hubby refused he started being abusive to him as well. Received a couple of calls from this number. It s Vanquis calling about supposed late payments and debt. It s one thing to call if the person actually has debt, but quite another if the person hasn t. What s more, they call at all hours and quite frequently so it s bothering on harassment!

Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Have told them in no uncertain terms (!) that I know it is a scam and that they are NOT calling from Microsoft and requested they never call my number again.
