He wanted to talk to the person who deals with electricity bills, so I asked him whether he meant the business or home account. I don t think he understood me, got mildly aggressive, so I repeated myself until he said the business account. Then I said "well our business is a boat, it doesn t use gas or electricity, so unless you can supply me red diesel at a competitive rate there is nothing you can do for me." Hopefully I won t hear from him again.
Called me at 9.11pm tonight. Didn't get to the phone quick enough, so dialled 1471. Didn't recognise the number and too many digits.

Eventually they got through. this is the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow register. they claim they are contacting all the people on the register to ask them to contribute £10 per month.
