Received a call from this number saying they are BT and asking for access to my Internet. Tell them to get lost .It is a scam

As others have mentioned, auto-message start part-way through, telling you to press 9 to be removed. The voice is so unclear that I thought it was thousand and pointer.com , but someone here wrote Falcon and Pointer , so there we go. No mention by the company what they do/why. I get so many calls from various numbers, and have emailed my MP who I doubt will bother raising in Parliament. Feel free to email your MP.
