Received call from this number with a recorded voice claiming to be from "bank fraud department" stating that large amount of money has been taken from my account. I have since checked the number and it appears to be a legitimate local school number. However, the received scam call was recorded on my phone as being from this number.

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2 offering a 50% discount. Wanted me to read a one time code. I checked and I did have a text from O2 but the code said it was to retrieve my account and that O2 would not ask for the number. I told the guy this and he insisted that it was a promotional code and the warning meant I shouldn't tell anyone else about the number. Looked up the number and it wasn't connecte with O2. I demanded proof from the guy that he was from O2 and he got upset at me. SCAM!

call from this number Monday 6th March at 13.50 when an automated voice said I was about to spend £700 + on an Amazon order and that they had halted the transaction pending my pressing button 1. I smelt a rat and hung up then Googled the number to find this site. I'm confident it was a hoax.

Purported to be from Sky tech department. They said that my computer whilst internet browsing had been subjected to monitoring by outside agencies. When I asked for her name so I could verify she was from Sky she terminated the call.

A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.
