This is a company who sell funeral plans. They phoned me on my mobile many times, She said she was calling from Golden Charter, when I asked who Golden Charter were she said that unless I told her who I was that under the data protection act she was unable to tell me who Golden Charter were or what she wanted. The only way she could have got my private mobile number was from a local undertakers I recently used when a family member died.

Said they where first assist -- rang first assist --- they did and would not ring me from this no. Suspected Spam ?
Giving out false information - trying to say they have been passed information fro the RTA about a road traffic accident - hung up when I queried them

Scam pretending to be HMRC threatening arrest for not paying tax. If in doubt check HMRC's website and they state; "HMRC will never: •leave a voicemail threatening legal action •call threatening arrest" If this happens report it, it is a malicious and stress inducing scam
