Male with Indian-sounding accent claimed to be from O2 and offered a 25% dicount on my bill for the next 12 months. He asked for my name, email, and contract details to process the "discount". It sounded too much like a scam which led me here.

Safe number The Insurance Surgery, really helpful, very knowledgeable and not one to keep pestering. Really helpful when you have pre-existing conditions, great rates and not at all pushy. Only call you when you have made an enquiry so they're not cold callers.
Text saying they had my number saved in their contacts but no name attached to the number. Said they were called una and do I remember them. Can't say for certain it was a scam. But it felt like it could be a scam. SCAM
