Automatic robotic female voice message claiming to be from Amazon. Said my Amazon account would automatically renew today for £39.99. Hmmmmm..... I do not have an Amazon account. "If you need to speak to an operator press 1" so I did. Asian sounding bloke asked my name, address, Amazon account number and date of birth. Probably all he needed to order stuff from an Amazon account ! Called him a scammer and told him to foxtrot oscar. Beware people as I have never heard this one before.

Was able to verify person was from sky by asking them information about my account and login on to the online mysky portal and verifying it (correct information about how long I'd been a customer, what my package was, when my direct debit went out and how much it was discounted).
