Call from this number received on my landline 4:30 AM! on 1st Feb 2023 + voicemail 10 secs of static. Didn't pick up as number unrecognised.
Claimed to be from Amazon security and wax saying someone was try to spend £700 on my account and asked for my banking info. Immediately very suspicious as sure Amazon would not do this.

Definitely a scam, tried to inquire about something to do with housing and when I explained this was a work number, became very rude and argumentative. Background noise was like a call centre, with lots of people talking.
Fraud This number called the landline today stating there had been suspicious activity on my bank account totally over £1000. It asked me to click 1 to cancel these transactions or 2 to speak to an adviser. I am aware my bank will not call me with an automated message of such nature - please be aware !!

The first one or 2 I picked up and people claim I registered with credit card for online consultancy, related to financial investments. After that I categorically block all these calls. Silent call - rang early morni9ng and when I picked up there was no voice, nothing. I said hello, but there was no reply - said it again and then the line went dead. Few people use our landline these days, and only numbers we recognise (family and friends) so I suspect this was spam.

I refused to give this and they hung up. I have contacted Three and no one has phoned me, they don't phone customers

Got to be a scam, I'm employed by the NHS and all my tax & National insurance is sorted by them. Blocked the number, I'll worry when the "official letter" turns up!

Far Eastern accent, and as soon as I asked him to repeat who he said he was calling from, he hung up. I dialled the number with the prefix 141, but it did not ring out. Clearly a SCAM. Unusually for me, I then dialled the number without the prefix, and that also did not ring at all, even thoigh I had checked that my line was open. AVOID
