Fraud Call was recorded message purporting to be from Amazon and saying that payent of £399 had been taken for my order, if I did not authorise this press 1. So hung up, so obviously a fraud. Caller ID on phone showed a local geographical number, most likely that this was fake. Telecoms companies should have a way of identifying the origin of these calls and should really address this lawbreaking, ie conspiracy to commit fraud.

I am in dispute with Scottish Power over the final bill, which includes charges for the 3 month period after I moved out (despite me notifying them on the date of the move). SCAM Asian sounding male purporting to be from BT Openreach saying our internet speeds were markedly low and he could help with this problem.
