SCAM? Comes up with Vitnam localised call claiming to be Inland Revenue national insurance fraud line and threatening suspension of pension and NI account.
Based on other comments- checked this number and sure enough it was from a telemarketer from help Your Claim. very noisy background (sounded like he was calling from a pub)

SCAM claiming to be from VirginMedia. Wanted me to download and install remote desktop control software. Tried to use the ASSOC Command Scam to justify their claim to be from VirginMediua becasue they knew the (supposedly unique) ID 888DCA60-FC0A-11CF-8F0F-00C04FD7D062 which actually is found on every Windows PC
Fraud called me about 100 times in the past 2 years. Always speak only Russian and often rude.
