This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Claims to be from HMRC. A text-to-speech program tell you, your name has been linked to fraudulent activity. If you don't press 1 on the keypad you will be fined and charged immediately. They of course don't actually know your name. When you press 1 an American accented person tells you to hold on the line, then some terrible classical music starts to play whilst you're on hold. I didn't wait very long until I hung up. I lasted 4 minutes until I decided it was possibly fraudulent itself.
