Cold call. I checked with my supplier Welsh Water who confirmed it was a genuine marketing call. I recommended to Welsh Water that their website should state that Accent make calls on their behalf. Otherwise Welsh Water will be wasting its money if recipients of call refuse to respond to the survey.
Claimed to be TalkTalk saying there is an error with my router. Asked for their name and number to call back later and they hung up. Calls are regular over last month or so.
