Online search indicates that, back in 2017, it was one of many numbers for the DVLA.
Obvious cam - recorded voice saying Amazon account blah blablah , put the phone down and blocked the number.

SCAM - caller made no sense, said it was a health survey report but would not explain what they meant, when I asked what they were talking about the caller said it's an industrial health report, I then told the caller I had no idea what he was talking about...his reply was that Covid is a very serious matter and the pandemic is affecting the world, my reply was that I am very much aware of what Covid is but no idea what he is talking about and why he called me - he then hung up

These call Are becoming more and more frequent and even though I have asked to be removed from their database I still Get them I even got a call 10 mins after I had been quite rude to the man on the previous call !
