Exactly the same as previous comment but it was Sean Johnston that called first and then when I expressed concern he asked if I would like to speak to a more senior person. He repeated word for word what Sean had said and wanted me to log in to a laptop. I cut the call and heard no more. We answered this call to be asked if we wanted a Will writing service. They not only new our phone number they also new our Surname. We are ex directory so this should not happen but I understand it is not always a BT fault/reason.
