A female speaking chinese or mandarin, no idea what was being said. May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!.
