Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. SCAM! Following several silent/scam calls, I normally screen all calls with my answering machine, but decided to pick up this time. Voice at other end said he was calling about a problem with my "Virgin Media broadband". I don't have Virgin Media broadband to told him to piss off! My elderly father had a call this evening at 7pm from this number advising him that £95 was due for his prescription charges. He does not pay for his medications. I will telephone the company who owns the number tomorrow to make them aware that someone is using their number for illegal purposes.
