Ugh, I m so tired of callers bothering me! They keep calling and never leave a message. I didn t think too much of it, since a lot of my friends never leave a message, too and rather decided to phone again later. So perhaps this is just what some people do. However, when I answered a call a few days later, there was no answer, just silence for half a minute and then I hung up.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Scottish power, but it seems they are working for multiple energy providers. Upon answering a call on the land line around 18:30 this evening, the caller hung up so out of curiosity I dialled 1471 (UK), the call back service and I pressed 3 on my phone to be put directly through to the missed call number. I didn t catch the receivers company name but heard a American or maybe Canadian Man s accent and instructions for extension required. I hung up but thought to call 1471 again and noted down the number being, 0203-4574180 and dialled it to ascertain exactly who had called in case i
