Calling company very pushy wanting to know my bank details, which I did not give them. Not sure what they were trying to sell.
Rang today around lunch time, didnt pick up as I generally find 0128 numbers nuisance calls. Found the reviews on here and blocked the number
I always get calls from this number. When I answer the call, they cut the line. Everyday I get around 3 different new numbers starting with 01 and ending with 089.

SCAM: Fifth identical call today, once an hour, from different phone numbers (probably all spoofed) Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept, who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. SCAM Caller claimed to be from EON Next - very poor line, started to claim that they were calling regarding an issue with our post code and wanted meter details. I refused as I'd had another similar call from different number last week - which had all the hallmarks of a scam, so I hung up then and called EON Next back to verify what was going on. They had no record of any calls being made by EON Next to my company either in reference to our post code or our meter numbers. TOTAL SCAM - HANG UP !

It turns out those businesses are their other client's debtors too and they use their private data illegally. Unfortunately we fell for this scam and paid. If you look carefully.
