Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618142xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, insurance claims, financial marketing. Answered and got to here a cyber lady asking whether I'd had an accident and then when. I said yes and in September and was immediatrly connected to a foreign sounded guy. He asked for details but as Her Majesty the Queen's car doesn't have a registration number he hung up. They phoned again Sat morning.
