Received a text on my mobile saying that my Paypal account has been blocked. There was a link to follow to unblock it. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK. Check up with Paypal on another device, through normal channels. I did this on my laptop and it was not sent by them. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT RESPOND.

Fraud trying to steal money from people who have lost dogs. Pretending to have the dog but won't send pictures or anything until money is sent.
SCAM they impersonate HMRC and say you have a debt and night go to jail. They try to make you log into your online banking.
